The Vertebral Subluxation Complex
The Vertebral Subluxation Complex
This is the order
1. Restricted Motion spinal joints can get stuck and lose their normal range of motion
2. Muscles surrounding the Joint can become tight in order to protect the joint from further damage
3. Onset of Inflammation the body produces swelling around the abnormal joint to protect it from further damage.
4. Nerve Pressure The abnormal joint along with the tight muscles and swelling can compress the spinal nerves. This interferes with the communication between your brain and body which leads to nerve damage and dysfunction.
5. Harmful Effects Without correction, this problem can lead to degeneration of the spine along with many other symptoms depending on the specific region affected.
