Summer is HERE!!! It is time for a fresh, healthy drink.  My top choice is lemonade… healthy lemonade.  

Here is my recipe:


Filtered Water

Lemon juice 9 (I use about 1 tablespoon per glass)

Lemon stevia drops to taste

Mix and enjoy!

Here is the healthy news.  This drink has zero calories and is full of anti-inflammatory enzymes while improving your digestion and enhancing the function of your liver. The lemon is a popular citrus fruit that is high in vitamin C and flavonoids, which are antioxidants. Antioxidants help remove free radicals that can damage cells from the body.
